Mobil Serv Sample Scan: Scan and Submit Samples Without Labels
The Mobil Serv Sample Scan is an Android app developed by ExxonMobil. It is a free app that falls under the Business & Productivity category. This app allows users to easily scan and submit sample bottles without the need for printed labels.
With the Mobil Serv Sample Scan app, users can simply scan the QR code on the Mobil Serv sample bottle and then scan the asset QR code to associate the sample. Alternatively, users can select an asset from their asset list in Mobil Serv if they don't have an asset QR code to scan.
This convenient sampling method offers several benefits. It saves time by eliminating the need to print labels for sample bottles. Additionally, it allows users to easily and accurately capture equipment data associated with the sample.
Once the sample bottle is assigned to an asset, there is no additional labeling required. The data entered on the asset's oil sample will be matched with the sample bottle at the laboratory.
Please note that the Mobil Serv Sample Scan app is compatible with Android version 4.0 or higher and is designed to work with the Mobil Serv Lubrication Analysis program.
